I was inspired to take this picture by a pin on pinterest! The photographer explained exactly how to take this picture. This was my first attempt at shooting in manual. So...I will be trying again! There is a twinkly effect from the lights but it's still a sweet photo of my girlies! I plan on taking this picture every year to watch my babies grow!

On Friday Lyla and I visited Mrs. Smith's house! She was hosting a teacher get together a.k.a. Happy Hour!! She decorates her house so well! It's like Santa's Village! Every inch is covered in Christmas! It's so festive you just can't help but get in the mood!!

Eddie the Elf has come to our house this December. Eddie has special magic that helps him travel quickly from Round Rock to the North Pole. Everyday he watch Lyla and Lily then he goes back to the North Pole to report to Santa. He tells him whether the girls have been naughty or nice! When Eddie comes back in the morning he's always in a new spot. Lyla loves to come downstairs in the morning and search for Eddie! Here are a few places he's been!
