I just can't believe it!! Lily is growing so fast! Today she turned 7 months old. We just got back from Phoenix, Arizona. We drove out there with Nana and Papa to visit Brandon, Lyndsey and Ella. It was Ella and Lily's first Christmas. It was extra special that they got to spend it together! On Christmas Day Lily started to run a low grade fever...teething?!? During the night it kept going up so I decided to take her to an Urgent Care to get her ears checked before we headed home. Her ears were fine, nose...good, throat ok. So, the doctor decided to do a chest film to rule out Pneumonia. Well...it was Pneumonia! She wasn't coughing or wheezing or anything! Good thing we went to have her check out! She's been on antibiotics for almost 10 days and doing great! Here's what she's up to these days.
Sleeping through the night...not for the last month!
First tooth came in on December 8th! Bottom tooth! I noticed it the night we played the Holy Family at our Church's Nativity play.
Second tooth came in on December 22nd! Another bottom tooth!
First real sickness...Pneumonia along with a fever of 103 on December 26th.
First long car trip! She's a great car rider!
She started sitting up with little help on December 28th!
First New Years Eve...stayed up until 1:30am!
Favorite solid food...anything plus applesauce that mommy made! She loves bready items too!
Loves to be naked! She just laughs and laughs!
She likes to listen to stories that are read to her!
She loves her Jump a roo! And her new Wienie dog toy!
She's officially using her high chair and attempting to feed herself puffies!
She's getting ready to graduate to size 3 diapers!
She weighed 18 pounds even on December 29th at her follow up with Dr. Chang!
She will begin going to Ms. Laura's house on Thursdays!
Even though you've stopped sleeping through the night and cry when we put you in your car seat we still love your sweet baby smile! I love how you giggle when you see your big sister and how you're always happy to see Mommy at 6:15am when I wake you up for school! We love you sweet girl with every ounce of our being!
