Daddy playing the Guitar

Lyla loves music so TJ went and got out his guitar to play for us. This is the first time he has played for her since she was born. I can't believe we forgot to do this! She liked listening to him play and sitting in the guitar case!

Celebrating Daddy's Birthday

Today TJ's family came to help celebrate his birthday. We ate Mole and had birthday cake! Daddy wore the sombrero and shook the marracas! We also played outside with bubbles! Look at my funny pictures from today!

Yellow Polka Dot bikini! Today Lyla wore her swim suit for the first time to help her Daddy wash the car! She also loves her pink sunglasses! Lyla is a great helper!

Lyla loves rice cakes! She likes to suck on them and lick them! Yummy!

Lyla is seven months old!

Wow, we can't believe it. Lyla turned seven months old on April 5th. She is rolling around and trying to sit up, when she gets help. She is eating all kinds of fruits and veggies. She also enjoys an occasional ritz cracker or rice cake. She laughs alot but is also starting to throw a fit if you take something away from her. She grabs everything!
She still spends 2 out of 5 days during the week at Ms. Laura's where she is with the triplets who are 4. Laynie, Tess and Reid love baby Lyla. The other 3 days a week she is with her Nana. We are counting down to summer! Only seven weeks of school left!
We are getting ready to celebrate TJ's 30th birthday! It should be fun! Look at it this way...look at what all you have accomplished by your 30th b-day Teej!
